Hannah specializes in boundary setting, reframing your thoughts, self esteem,  and middle school or  high school teens that struggle with anxiety. She offers counseling for teens (12 and up) and counseling for parents of teenagers. Hannah also has expertise working with young adults that are struggling with motivation, their next steps, finding a direction. Some describe this timeframe as a "failure to launch." She has worked with communication help for men as well. She helps men communication and understand their partners. 

Her counseling style is challenging, straight up, and direct. She is kind but is okay with challenging your perspective or reframing what you think.
