Counseling Rates

Shelly Kessinger, LPC: $200/session, except for the first session which is $250. Accepting new clients - Virtual only in Texas.

All sessions are 60 minutes.

Insurance

We do not file with insurance. We are considered out-of-network providers. 

If requested, we can provide you with a receipt of services (also known as a "Superbill"). You can file this receipt with your insurance for a possible reimbursement. Reimbursement rates depend on your insurance plan.

We do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for payment.

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, FSA cards, and HSA cards. 

Receipts will be sent after each payment.

Credit Card Policy

A credit card on file is required to reserve appointments and manage payments, including late cancellations or missed sessions in accordance with our office policy. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellations fees. See intake paperwork for cancellation fees.

Office Hours

Monday - Thursday: 10am to 7pm

Fridays and Saturdays: 10am to 4pm
